Chief Executive, Central Derby PCT - a first-wave PCT, high-performing
inner city PCT. Here I developed a primary care and public health-oriented
organisation, with a clear focus on delivery and CHI readiness through system reform, effective performance management and
engaging with clinicians on issues relevant to them. We worked with a strong
focus on partnership development and change management for clearly defined improvements in patient services.
